The Marketplace is a restricted ordering site. You cannot bookmark it to your browser as you will not be able to login to process an order. To access The Marketplace, go to the Ariba Buying Guide. This will give you access to all items and payment methods through single sign-on. Instructions are available here.
Orders may be placed in several ways:
1. If using an allocation code - After selecting your items(s), checkout on The Marketplace using the Credit Card/Allocation Code button. This will allow you to enter an allocation code. Your name and shipping address will prefill based on your Ariba profile, but you'll have the option to edit it at checkout.
2. If charging your business line's RC - After selecting your items(s), checkout on The Marketplace using the Charge your RC button. This will return you to Ariba to complete the ordering process. Orders are charged to your business line's RC and GL. You cannot use your corporate card, personal credit card or allocation code in Ariba. By default, your Ariba profile contains your RC and GL, plus your shipping address. You can view/edit this information in Ariba, if needed, before submitting your order. Make sure to complete the order by pressing the blue "check out" button in Ariba.
3. If charging a personal credit card - After selecting your items(s), checkout on The Marketplace using the Credit Card/Allocation Code button. This will allow you to enter your personal credit card number. Your name and shipping address will prefill based on your Ariba profile, but you'll have the option to edit it at checkout.
4. Custom Orders - For custom orders (for additional items not found on The Marketplace), please complete the Smartsheet Link for Webstore.
